At Assembly, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened, and resellable condition with all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened products
• Trading card singles
• Opened booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, sealed TCG products, or blind-box items
• Used skateboards, decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape, hardware, protective gear, or apparel
• Special orders, preorders, clearance items, and sale items marked final sale
• Gift cards, store credit, event entries, and tournament fees

Skateboard Products

Skateboard decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape, and related hardware may only be returned if they are unused, unmounted, and in original condition.

Once a product has been assembled, mounted, gripped, skated, worn, or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

Games, TCG, and Collectibles

Due to product integrity, market value changes, and the collectible nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on opened products or card singles.

Sealed products may be returned within 30 days only if they are unopened, untampered with, and in original factory-sealed condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and manufacturer policies.

Right to Refuse Returns

Assembly reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above, including items that appear used, opened, altered, tampered with, or missing original packaging.
