For purposes of these Terms, “Assembly,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Assembly and its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates. “You” and “customer” refer to any person who accesses our website, purchases from us, participates in our services, or interacts with our business.

1. About Assembly

Assembly is a retail store and hobby community focused on trading card games, tabletop games, collectibles, skateboarding products, apparel, accessories, events, and related hobby goods.

Our products and services may include, but are not limited to:

• Trading card game products
• Card singles
• Sealed trading card products
• Skateboards, skateboard parts, and accessories
• Tabletop games, miniatures, paints, and hobby supplies
• Apparel and lifestyle goods

Product images may be representative and may not always show the exact item you receive unless specifically stated. Packaging, artwork, condition, color, edition, printing, and product details may vary.

For trading card singles, collectibles, used goods, or graded items, condition descriptions are based on reasonable inspection and industry standards, but condition assessment can be subjective.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse sales at any time, including after an order has been placed.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market changes, supplier pricing, product availability, condition, errors, or other business factors.

Trading card singles, sealed products, collectibles, and limited items may fluctuate in price based on market value, availability, demand, condition, and other factors.

We are not obligated to honor pricing errors, typographical errors, outdated prices, incorrect discounts, or technical errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and provide a refund if payment has already been collected.

7. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason.

Reasons an order may be canceled or modified include, but are not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect shipping information
• Quantity limitations
• Condition or inventory discrepancies
• Violation of store policies
• Marketplace or platform restrictions

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. Your order is accepted once it has been processed and fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

8. Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout or offered in-store.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, fees, and other charges.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, holds, or processing issues caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or third-party platforms.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

9. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged according to the laws and requirements of the relevant taxing jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other charges that may apply to purchases, shipments, or transactions.

10. Shipping

Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates may be provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages after delivery confirmation, theft, or other issues outside of our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or failure to pick up, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier or marked as delivered, subject to applicable law.

For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation, insurance, identity verification, or other security measures.

11. Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, you will receive instructions when your order is ready.

You may be required to present a valid order confirmation, photo identification, payment card, or other verification before receiving your order.

Orders not picked up within the stated pickup window may be canceled, restocked, refunded, or converted to store credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse pickup if we cannot verify the purchaser or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened, and resellable condition with all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and seals intact.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened products
• Trading card singles
• Opened booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, sealed TCG products, or blind-box items
• Used, mounted, assembled, skated, worn, or altered skateboard products
• Used apparel or protective gear
• Special orders
• Preorders, unless otherwise stated
• Clearance items or items marked final sale
• Gift cards
• Store credit
• Event entries and tournament fees

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our Return Policy or appears used, opened, altered, damaged, incomplete, or tampered with.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or other resolution depending on the circumstances, product type, and manufacturer policies.

Some defects may be subject to manufacturer warranty processes. We do not guarantee that all products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

For trading cards, minor manufacturing variations, centering differences, print lines, foil curling, small packaging imperfections, or other common production variations may not qualify as damage or defect.

14. Trading Card Singles and Collectibles

Trading card singles, graded cards, collectibles, and similar items are subject to condition-based pricing and market fluctuations.

By purchasing card singles or collectibles, you acknowledge that:

• Condition grading can be subjective
• Market prices can change quickly
• Images may not always show every minor imperfection unless specifically stated
• Minor wear, printing variation, centering, surface marks, edge wear, whitening, or factory variation may exist depending on condition
• All card singles are final sale unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us

We reserve the right to correct inventory errors, condition errors, pricing errors, or listing inaccuracies before fulfillment.

15. Sealed Trading Card Products

Sealed trading card products are sold as factory-sealed products unless otherwise stated.

We do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, card values, rarity outcomes, grading potential, or resale value from sealed products.

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, opened products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for manufacturer collation issues, missing hits, damaged cards inside sealed products, print defects, or packaging variations. Manufacturer-related issues may need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

16. Skateboard Products and Safety

Skateboarding involves risk of injury, property damage, and other hazards. By purchasing or using skateboard products from us, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with skateboarding and related activities.

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their skill level, size, weight, intended use, and riding style.

Assembly does not guarantee that any skateboard product will prevent injury or be suitable for every individual or use case.

You are responsible for proper assembly, inspection, maintenance, and use of skateboard products. Improper installation, modification, misuse, impact damage, wear, or lack of maintenance may result in product failure or injury.

We strongly recommend the use of appropriate safety gear, including helmets, pads, and other protective equipment.

Once skateboard products are mounted, gripped, assembled, skated, altered, worn, or used, they are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law or approved by us.

17. Product Assembly and Installation

If we provide skateboard assembly, grip tape application, setup assistance, or similar services, we will make reasonable efforts to perform those services properly.

However, you are responsible for inspecting your completed setup before use and ensuring the product is suitable for your intended activity.

Assembly services may be final once completed. Grip tape application, mounting, adjustments, and similar services may alter the product and make it ineligible for return.

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure caused by misuse, modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear, impact, environmental conditions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

18. Buying, Selling, and Trading Items

Assembly may offer buying, selling, and trading services for eligible trading cards, collectibles, games, skate products, or other goods.

All buy, sell, and trade transactions are subject to our approval.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any item
• Determine item eligibility
• Verify authenticity
• Determine condition
• Set purchase, trade, or store credit values
• Limit quantities
• Refuse transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, altered, or otherwise unacceptable

Offers may be based on condition, demand, inventory needs, market value, resale potential, authenticity, and other business factors.

Verbal estimates, online estimates, or preliminary quotes are not final until items are inspected and approved in person or through an approved submission process.

You represent that any item you sell or trade to us is authentic, legally owned by you, and free of liens, claims, theft, fraud, or other legal issues.

You agree not to sell or trade counterfeit, stolen, altered, resealed, proxied, fake, or misrepresented items.

We may require identification, transaction records, signatures, or additional verification for certain buy, sell, or trade transactions.

All completed buy, sell, and trade transactions may be final.

19. Counterfeit, Altered, or Stolen Goods

We do not knowingly buy, sell, trade, or accept counterfeit, stolen, altered, tampered, resealed, or fraudulent products.

If we believe an item is counterfeit, stolen, altered, tampered with, resealed, or otherwise suspicious, we may refuse the transaction, cancel the order, retain transaction information, contact appropriate parties, or take other action permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items they sell, trade, or submit to us are authentic and lawfully owned.

20. Preorders and Special Orders

Preorders and special orders may be offered from time to time.

Preorder availability, release dates, allocations, pricing, and quantities are not guaranteed. Manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, or suppliers may delay, reduce, cancel, or modify product availability.

We reserve the right to limit preorder quantities, cancel preorders, adjust fulfillment, or issue refunds if products are delayed, unavailable, allocated, or canceled.

Unless otherwise stated, preorders and special orders may be final sale once placed.

Combining in-stock items with preorder items may delay shipment until all items are available.

21. Events, Tournaments, and Community Activities

Assembly may host events, tournaments, demos, leagues, workshops, casual play, skate-related activities, and other community gatherings.

By registering for or attending an event, you agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, event guidelines, tournament rules, safety requirements, and community standards.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify event formats, schedules, prizes, capacity, or rules
• Cancel or reschedule events
• Refuse entry
• Remove participants for disruptive, unsafe, abusive, unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior
• Issue penalties, disqualifications, or bans when necessary
• Limit participation based on age, capacity, eligibility, or safety concerns

Event entries, tournament fees, deposits, and reservations may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Prize support, giveaways, raffles, and promotional items may be subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

22. Code of Conduct

We want Assembly to be a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment.

Customers, guests, players, and event participants agree not to engage in:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
• Theft, fraud, cheating, collusion, or dishonest play
• Violence or unsafe behavior
• Damage to store property or another person’s property
• Disruptive conduct that interferes with staff, customers, events, or business operations
• Use of offensive, obscene, or inappropriate language or imagery
• Unauthorized selling, solicitation, or promotion on our premises or platforms
• Any conduct that violates store rules, event rules, or applicable law

We reserve the right to remove customers, deny service, cancel event participation, suspend accounts, or ban individuals who violate this Code of Conduct.

23. Promotions, Discounts, and Rewards

Promotions, discounts, coupons, rewards, loyalty programs, store credit offers, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions have no cash value
• Offers may be limited by time, quantity, product type, customer, or location
• We may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time
• Exclusions may apply to card singles, sealed products, limited items, preorders, special orders, event entries, and sale items

Store credit, rewards, or loyalty points may be subject to separate rules, expiration, restrictions, and account requirements.

24. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Gift cards, store credit, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits may not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review gift cards, store credit, or rewards associated with fraud, errors, misuse, or policy violations.

25. User Content

If you submit, post, tag, upload, review, message, or otherwise provide content to us through our website, social media, email, reviews, events, or other channels, you grant Assembly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, share, repost, modify, and distribute that content for business, marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

User content may include:

• Reviews
• Photos
• Videos

• Testimonials
• Social media tags
• Event photos
• Product photos
• Messages or submissions

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you provide and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

26. Photography, Video, and In-Store Media

Assembly may take photos or videos during events, tournaments, store activities, promotions, or community gatherings.

By attending public events or participating in store activities, you understand that you may appear in photos or videos used for promotional, social media, website, or business purposes.

If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please notify staff before participating. We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from all background or crowd images.

For minors, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent for certain media uses.

27. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and related materials, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, photos, videos, layout, branding, product descriptions, and other materials, are owned by Assembly or used with permission.
